Each artwork is an original piece, carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. We encourage customers to review all photographs, dimensions, descriptions and available information, and to contact us with any questions before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Because our artworks are original and individually selected pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to change of mind. 

Please carefully review the artwork details and feel free to contact us with any questions before placing your order.

Artwork Damaged During Shipping

If your artwork arrives damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs of:

• The artwork and the damage

• The outer shipping package

• The internal packaging

• Any visible damage to the package

Please retain the original packaging and shipping materials until the matter has been resolved, as they may be required for a shipping claim.

We will assess the situation and, where applicable, work with the shipping carrier to resolve the claim. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Artwork

If you receive an artwork that is different from the artwork you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Lost Shipments

If your order is confirmed as lost during transit, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment with the shipping carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only where a refund is approved under the circumstances described above.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer's bank.
